SafeSocio operates on a subscription-based SaaS model. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.

No Refund Policy

All subscription fees paid to SafeSocio are non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, no refunds will be provided for partial usage, unused periods, or early termination. This policy applies to all subscription plans and billing cycles, whether monthly or annual.

Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel auto-renewal at any time through the admin panel. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles but will not affect the current active subscription period. You will continue to have access to all features until the end of your current billing period.

To cancel your subscription:

• Log in to your SafeSocio admin panel
• Navigate to the subscription or billing settings
• Select "Cancel Auto-Renewal" or "Cancel Subscription"
• Confirm the cancellation

Service Availability Disclaimer

While we strive to maintain high service availability, SafeSocio does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary outages due to maintenance, updates, or external factors may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

Policy Changes

SafeSocio reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
